FLOD is a digital product. A free preview is available on the website so you can fully test the plugin before you buy.
1. All sales are final
Because FLOD is downloadable software that stays fully usable on your machine once delivered, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Please use the free "Try FLOD Online" preview to make sure the plugin is right for you before buying.
2. Try before you buy
The preview on the FLOD page runs the real plugin interface and sound, so you can hear and try FLOD at no cost and with no account. This is the moment to decide.
3. Exceptions we always fix
We will of course help you if something went wrong with the order itself, for example:
- you were charged twice or charged in error,
- you never received your download,
- an unauthorised or fraudulent payment.
In those cases, contact contact@volcanaudio.com or reply to your Polar order email, and we will sort it out.
4. Immediate delivery
By buying and downloading FLOD, you ask for immediate access to the software and you agree that delivery starts right away.
5. Your legal rights
Mandatory consumer rights under French and EU law that cannot be waived still apply. Polar, as merchant of record, may also issue a refund in specific situations under its own Buyer Terms.
