FLOD is an audio plugin (algorithmic reverb) created and sold by Greg Robert, based in France. By buying or using FLOD, you agree to these terms.
1. The product
FLOD is a downloadable software plugin, sold in two editions (FLOD Core and FLOD Pro), available in VST3, AU and AAX formats for macOS 11 Big Sur or later (Apple Silicon) and Windows 10 and 11. It is a digital product delivered by download after purchase.
2. Payments and seller of record
Orders are processed by our online reseller and merchant of record, Polar Software, Inc. (Polar). Polar handles the payment, invoicing and applicable taxes (VAT and sales tax). Polar's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
3. Licence
When you buy FLOD, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the plugin on machines that you own or control, for your own music production, personal or commercial.
You may not:
- resell, rent, sub-licence, share or redistribute FLOD or your licence,
- copy or distribute the installer to other people,
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the engine, except where the law expressly allows it.
The software, its engine, sound and interface remain the intellectual property of Greg Robert. You own your licence, not the software itself.
4. Delivery
Access to the download is provided after a successful payment, by email, through your Polar order email. If you do not receive your download, contact us and we will make it right.
5. Updates and support
Updates and support are provided on a reasonable-effort basis. New versions may be released over time. We may stop supporting older operating systems or plugin hosts if needed.
6. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. A free preview is available on the website so you can try the plugin before buying.
7. Warranty and liability
FLOD is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or projects. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under French or EU law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms: Contact, or email contact@volcanaudio.com.
